Being human is complicated. Navigating the extremes of joy, sorrow, hope, despair and everything in between can be exhausting, disorienting, and sometimes disheartening. Stunningly, amidst even the darkest of it all, there is an essential part of us that urges us towards growth, healing, and joy. You, here at this moment considering ways to further support yourself, is evidence of this.
I welcome all with care, acceptance, and warmth through my therapeutic approach. I aim to create a safe space that amplifies and bolsters this essential part of us by exploring ways to more skillfully make the most of our lived experience.
